Dipl. Ing. Martin Then - Managing Director
On 1st April 2007, Martin Then took up work in his new position as managing director of EndoScience GmbH. After having completed his studies in engineering sciences he worked as a business consultant. From 1996 he supervised the business affairs for the German Society of Parodontology (DGP) and from 1999 initiated the founding of DGP Service GmbH of which he then became managing director - this concept being almost identical to that which the DGE and EndoScience are pursuing.

Jutta Johrendt
is a biologist and a specialist in clinical nutrition, organising and performing courses for assistants and patients. Since 2002, she has been additionally working part time for the German Society of Endocrinology.
At EndoScience, Jutta Johrendt is involved in several projects in the "Administration & Management" as well as the "Conferences & Education" areas.


Sandra Crutchley
has been involved in medical and in particular endocrine projects for many years. She has worked for the Editorial Office of the European Journal of Pediatrics, and has been widely involved in the organisation of many congresses, symposia, and educational courses.
She is additionally involved in several projects of the German Society of Endocrinology.

Silke Winkelhofer
has worked for many years as project manager in congress organisation and joined the EndoScience Team on 1.1.2010. She has worked for CIS in Heidelberg as well as ICOS GmbH and AIMS International in Vienna where she has been responsible for the organisation of congresses, mainly in the medical field. During her last employment at Interplan AG in Munich she looked after the DGE symposia in Essen and Salzburg as well as the ECE 2008 in Berlin.
